Importance of Razia Sultan

Razia Sultan was the daughter of king Iltutmesh the second king of slave dynasty. She was the only female Muslim ruler in the history of India who sat on Delhi’s Throne. She was an able ruler and extended empire in North. Razia Sultan established complete rule of law and order. She abandoned here “Humanity” and adoptd a masculine get up. She dressed as a man in court, on the battle filed and when appearing in the public she was defeated by the Turkish nobles. Razai Sultan was died in 1240
