Arctic Ocean is the smallest of the world’s five oceans. The Arctic Ocean includes the Bays of Baffin, Beaufort Hudson, and the Seas of Chucki , East Siberia, Greenland, Karan Sea , strait of Hudson and other smaller water bodies.
It covers an area of 14,056 million square kilometers and a coastline of 45,389 kilometres.
The polar climate is characterized by persistent cold and relatively narrow annual temperature ranges. Winter is characterized by continuous darkness, cold and stale weather conditions and clear skies, summer weather is characterized by continuous daylight, damp and foggy weather and weak cyclones with rain or snow. Their occupations include fishing . The area is rich in petroleum and natural gas.
