Thirukural Recitation and Sanskrit Slogam Recitation Competitions

As a part of Silver Jubilee celebrations, GKD Matric .Hr.Sec.School, Perianaickenpalayam conducted Thirukural Recitation and Sanskrit Slogam Recitation Competitions on 16th June 2012 in the School premises.

Students from various Schools took part in the Competitions. The Principal, Ms.Prasanna Radhakrishnan welcomed the gathering. Mr.R.Rajendran, Director-Finance, LMW felicitated the winners with Cash Prizes.

In Thirukural Recitation Competition,

R.Anitha of G.K.D.Matriculation Hr.Sec.School won the I Prize and was awarded a Cash Prize of Rs.5000/-.

J.Jeslin Benitta of Bishop Francis Matriculation School won the II Prize with a cash award of Rs.3000/-.

M.Suganya of Hari Om Matriculation School bagged the III Prize with a cash award of Rs.2000/-.

In Sanskrit Slogam Recitation Competition:

R.Ramprasad of G.K.D Matric.Hr.Sec.School won the I Prize and was awarded a Cash Prize of Rs.5000/-.

R.Vedha Shruthi of Kikani Matric .Hr.Sec.School won the II Prize with a cash award of Rs.3000/-

M.S.Keerthana of Bharthiya Vidhya Bhavan bagged the III Prize with a cash award of Rs.2000/-

Ms.Chithra Soundararajan , Vice-Principal of GKD School rendered the Vote of thanks.
