ARE SCHOOL GAMES IMPORTANT

“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy” there is a lot truth in this proverb.Pupils should not always be buried in books or glued to computers,TV ‘s etc.They should spend sometime playing games outside.Games provide the best for recreation in schools pupils,after playing for an hour or two,can go back to their books after mentally refreshed.Games not only provide recreation for pupils but make their bodies strong and keep them healthy.Games are also very useful for character building. In every game,there are certain rules to be observed and by observing rules pupils can imbibe discipline.It also creates a sportsman spirit and brotherhood among them.Games should therefore be made compulsory for pupils.
