Raise your awareness about pressure. It’s hard to manage without understanding. We can’t deal with something unless we know it is there.
People blame their circumstances for avoiding action. We will never manage pressure as long as we think that its someone else’s responsibility’s to do it for us.
The universe rewards action, not thought. There are millions of people who think up wonderful ways for making money. Only the ones who do something about it get rich.
Unless you monitor consciously your ability to manage pressure, you run the risk of slipping into a pattern of behavior that produces stress instead of high performance.
