Sanjeev [VI 'D'], Anshul [VI 'D'], Aakaash [VI 'A'] and Spandhan [VII 'E'] have done the school proud by winning the CBSE Chacha Nehru Sports Award for setting a new record in 4x50m medley relay and 4x50m freestyle relay in the tournament organised in the under 12 category [boys]. The budding champs were awarded a cash prize of Rs.12,000/- each for their exemplary achievement.

Held from the 29th of October to the 3rd of November 2011, at DPS Sharjah, the Sandeep Batavia boys basketball tournament ensued with zeal and zest. 12 teams from UAE and India participated in the 6days long tournament.
