As a part of our EVS Curriculum “ Body Basics”, students of Grade II were taken to Stamina Gym on 09/02/2010. The trainer explained the importance of exercise to stay fit. He demonstrated the equipments like Treadmill, Elliptical etc. He also explained how to develop muscles like bicep,tricep etc using the equipments. The children were excited and enjoyed .
